[ well, she would have broken into a run, had it not been for her hearing baymax's computerized voice. her curiousity makes her stop dead in her tracks again, and she cautiously looks beyond tadashi to see if her initial perception was right. ]

[ honestly, penny is at a loss. on one hand, she could make another break for it and definitely shake off her pursuers, keeping the extent of her secret safe for another day. on the other, running would mean throwing away an opportunity to meet another robot... maybe even one she could relate to.

[ in a contrast to pyrrha's cold, unforgiving breeze, penny's presence brings one of warmth and anticipation. she's been wanting to speak with pyrrha for weeks now, hoping that they could get to know each other more and become friends. for whatever reason, ruby and the others didn't seem to be very comfortable with talking about her to penny - or the vytal festival at all, for that manner. she's made sense of it because of her understanding of the outcome - it had been a tragedy, but all of them had come out of it alive.

I'm enjoying it very much. I've met some very nice people so far, and they all come from completely different worlds! It's amazing, isn't it?

[ phew! dodged a bullet on that one... she relaxes, sitting down on her knees next to him. he poses an interesting question, mostly because the real answer is that it's why she was created. at the end of the day she was a weapon with an aura, but what she's wanted to do more recently has gone beyond something like a "purpose". after all, she's already decided that she wants to stay at beacon - who knows how things could go from there? ]
I know that I want to protect people - I always have. But I've learned so many new things since I arrived in Vale, and it makes me want to keep learning as much as I can... I thought that going to a school and learning how to be a Huntress could help me do both.
